The Reindeer Games

Reindeer Games is a fully digital board game that people can play together at home and remotely over Zoom at the same time.

In the style of a good family board game, everyone talks and negotiates before taking their actions but the game play is entered on phones, and a laptop, ipad or TV acts as the game board, so that friends and family that can't be with you in person can also join in the fun simultaneously.

Rudolph is on vacation and the other deer are back playing their Reindeer Games to decide who will guide Santa's sleigh....

Reindeer Games is simple enough that everyone can play, interactive as you need to coordinate with other players to win, strategic in choosing how and when to act and all set in a beautiful animated world.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • I’ve not received the link for my free game yet – who do I contact about this?
A member of the MeetMax team is setting up your game and sending this to you ready for 21st December. Unfortunately, we were unable to automate this process in time for Christmas. If you have not received anything by 20th December please email jessica@meetmaxgames.com

  • The game link is not working.
Are you using Internet Explorer? This browser does not support the game. You can use other popular browsers such as Chrome, FireFox or Safari which can be downloaded for free. We know it’s the standard tech reply – but have you tried turning it off and on again? Refreshing the webpage often fixes things!

  • Will the game work on my smart TV?
We would recommend casting the game onto your television via a supported device, such as your phone, laptop, tablet etc. Whilst many smart TV’s may work with the game, there are too many different varieties for us to have tested them all in time for Christmas.

  • Why is my game running slowly?
Closing down extra tabs in your browser will help improve the game speed. A reliable internet connection is also needed.

  • The game is not the right size for my device – how do I fix this?
The game should be responsive to all devices, and automatically change its size to fit your screen. If this is not working correctly please try closing down your browser completely (all tabs) and reconnecting again on a new web page. It sounds silly, but often turning things off and on again fixes it!

Our Chosen Charity

We have chosen to support the children of St James Primary School in Dublin. The current global health crisis has left children unable to come to school and landlocked at home. Many of the children’s home environments are frequently unstable due to a complex series of challenges ranging from the socio-economic issues, mental health challenges and addiction to name but a few. Children need access to their school remotely as a vital means for keeping in touch with their teachers, mentors and peers.

This fundraiser will help ensure that every child at St James Primary School in Dublin, Ireland has a Kindle Fire and a link to the vital support they need for their educational development and emotional support.

If you have fun with the game would like to pay it forward, please make a donation to our chosen children’s charity.
